Job description

This is a focused leadership role with complete ownership of the Home Loan vertical at the branch level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Home Loans, strong team management skills, and a customer-first approach. Responsibilities include driving business through DSAs, DSTs, and direct sourcing, managing branch operations, leading a sales team, and ensuring compliance and service excellence. Only candidates with relevant Home Loan experience will be considered.

  • Must Have :
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Home Loans, with 2+ years in a branch leadership/team management role.

    • Prior experience in Affordable Housing Loan segment with a strong focus on field sales and DSA/DST sourcing.

    • Graduate degree is mandatory; MBA/Postgraduate preferred.

    • Demonstrated stability and commitment in previous roles – no education or career gaps.

    • Proven ability to achieve branch-level disbursal and productivity targets.

    • Hands-on experience in team recruitment, mentoring, and performance management.

    • Strong market intelligence and local sourcing strategy experience.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and escalation-handling skills.

    • Ability to independently drive the Home Loan vertical, with no involvement in LAP or other product lines.

    • Comfortable working in a performance-driven, field-intensive environment.

3.Achieve monthly/quarterly branch targets through DSAs, DSTs, connectors, and direct sourcing
4.Develop acquisition strategies based on market intelligence and local dynamics

6.Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales and support team
7.Conduct regular training and performance reviews to drive results
