Job description
To manage and ensure timely collection of outstanding loan dues by maintaining regular customer contact, conducting field visits, and achieving assigned collection and recovery targets while following company policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Must Have :
- Experience: 2–5 years in collections, recovery, field sales or BFSI.
- Experience in Home Loan, LAP, Affordable Housing Finance, Personal Loan or other secured lending collections will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and customer interaction.
- Strong follow-up and target-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of local geography and customer segment will be an advantage.
- Education: Graduate preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Contact customers through calls and field visits for collection of overdue loan payments.
- Follow up on assigned delinquent accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
- Conduct regular field visits to customers' residences/business locations as required.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers while handling collection cases.
- Negotiate payment commitments and ensure payments are received within agreed timelines.
- Update collection activities, customer interactions, payment commitments and recovery status in the system.
- Identify high-risk / difficult-to-collect accounts and escalate them to the reporting manager.
- Achieve daily, monthly and quarterly collection and recovery targets.
- Coordinate with Branch, Credit, Operations and Legal teams wherever required.
- Ensure all collection activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with company policies and applicable guidelines.
