Job description
A Leadership role Responsible for monitoring technical evaluation of properties for Home Loan/LAP proposals, ensuring accurate valuation, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation within the assigned area. Responsible for Ahmedabad and surrounding regions - Sanand , Bavla , Nikol & Gandhinagar - Sitting will be at Ahmedabad.

Civil Engineering qualification (B.E./B.Tech).
5+ years of experience in Home Loan/LAP technical evaluation.
Strong understanding of construction practices, building approvals, and local property norms.
Field inspection capability with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities :

Conduct property technical inspections and verify construction quality, approvals, and progress.

Review and validate valuation reports submitted by CTMs (Branch Technical Managers) & empaneled valuers.

Assess market value, distress value, and technical risks for loan proposals.

Coordinate with credit, sales, and legal teams for smooth processing.

Manage and monitor technical vendors ensuring quality and TAT adherence.

Identify discrepancies, prevent valuation frauds, and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Maintain documentation and prepare concise technical reports.
