We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our client's Business Loan (BL) division in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in DSA sourcing, strong team leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the unsecured business loan segment.

Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Loan (BL) sales
Proven expertise in DSA sourcing
Team handling experience is mandatory
Exposure to unsecured loan products (ticket size up to ₹50 Lakhs)
Strong understanding of the Ahmedabad/Gujarat market
Demonstrated track record of target achievement
Stable career history with no unexplained career breaks
Ability to manage channel relationships and drive productivity
Proficiency in sales planning, reporting, and MIS
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives/Managers for achieving disbursement targets in the Business Loan vertical.

Drive DSA sourcing strategy and build a robust channel partner network in the assigned territory.

Ensure high-quality portfolio sourcing within the defined ticket size (up to ₹50 Lakhs).

Maintain productivity benchmarks and achieve monthly disbursement and revenue goals.

Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and motivation sessions for the team.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for seamless processing.
