The Area Sales Manager - LAP will be responsible for driving business growth in the Loan Against Property segment by managing a team of sales professionals. The role involves achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, ensuring high-quality sourcing, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Must Have :

    ·        Minimum 10 years of experience in secured lending, preferably LAP

    ·        Proven experience in team handling and area-level sales management

    ·        Strong knowledge of LAP products, credit policies, and documentation

    ·        Exposure to DSA and channel sales model

    ·        Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Key Responsibilities :

·        Achieve LAP disbursement and revenue targets for the assigned area

·        Lead, motivate, and manage a team of branch managers and sales managers

·        Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase market penetration

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, brokers, and channel partners

·        Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency, and compliance norms

·        Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members

·        Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth disbursements

·        Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
