We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Area Sales Manager – Affordable Home Loans to lead multiple branches and drive business across assigned territories through DSA sourcing and open market channels. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership experience, deep market knowledge, and a proven record of building high-performing sales teams in the affordable housing segment.

  • Must Have :
    • Proven experience in leading multi-branch Affordable Housing Loan sales teams.

    • Strong track record in DSA sourcing and open market business.

    • Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance, manage teams, and deliver growth.

    • Consistent incentive earnings and achievement of targets in current/previous roles.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team of 4–5 Branch Sales Managers and 16–20 Sales Managers to achieve business goals.

  • Own the P&L responsibility for the assigned area and ensure achievement of sales targets in terms of volume and value.

  • Strategize and drive Affordable Home Loan business through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels.

  • Develop and implement effective business plans, monitor performance, and ensure consistent productivity.

  • Strengthen DSA/channel partner network and ensure quality sourcing with healthy portfolio performance.

  • Work closely with credit, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursements.

  • Drive compliance, governance, and adherence to company policies across all branches.

  • Identify market opportunities, build competitive strategies, and ensure expansion of business reach.
