Key Responsibilities :
1.Oversee business operations and drive performance across assigned clusters
2.Lead strategy, business development, and team management
3.Ensure achievement of sales targets and alignment with company goals
4.Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders
5.Report directly to the Regional Business Head
