The position involves guiding Relationship Managers, driving customer acquisition, strengthening channel partnerships, ensuring timely loan disbursals, and achieving business targets across assigned locations.

- Must Have :
Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate/MBA preferred).
3–6 years of field sales experience in housing finance, banking, or NBFCs.
Minimum 1–2 years of team-leading or supervisory experience.
Proven ability to meet sales and disbursement targets.
Familiarity with affordable housing finance segment.
Strong understanding of local markets and geographies.
Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales and disbursement targets.

Develop and execute sales strategies for customer acquisition and loan conversion.

Drive business sourcing through DSAs, builders, real estate agents, and direct sales.

Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve escalations promptly.

Strengthen and expand channel partner networks for consistent business flow.

Coordinate with credit, technical, and legal teams to ensure faster turnaround and smooth processing.

Maintain accurate documentation, sales pipeline, and performance MIS.

Track and report team performance to senior management.

Provide coaching and continuous feedback for improving productivity.
