Job description

As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and servicing customers in the Affordable Home Loan vertical through connector networks and self-sourcing activities. You will drive business disbursals, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with organizational standards.

    1.Proven experience of min 1 year in Home Loan sales.
    2.Strong exposure to connector-driven sourcing and direct customer acquisition (no DSA experience required).
    3.Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
    4.Must demonstrate career stability with no education or career gaps.
    5.Strong knowledge of home loan products, documentation, and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Identify and acquire new customers in the Affordable Home Loans segment through connectors and direct market sourcing.
2.Build and manage strong relationships with connectors and referral partners for lead generation.
3.Drive individual sales targets consistently while ensuring quality sourcing.
4.Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations) for smooth loan processing and disbursal.
5.Maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and support.
6.Ensure accurate documentation and compliance as per organizational norms.
7.Track market movements and competitor offerings to support effective product positioning.
