The Branch Sales Manager - HL (DST Vertical) will be responsible for managing and expanding the connector network, driving home loan business through connectors, and self-sourced channels. The role is an Individual contributor, relationship management, and achieving business targets while ensuring compliance and service quality.

- Pay Details : Up to Rs. 5.5 LPA + Performance Based Incentives
- Must Have :
· Experience in Home Loan / Mortgage sales
· Strong exposure to connector and open market sourcing
· Ability to source mortgage/home loan files independently
· Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
· Knowledge of local real estate and mortgage market
Key Responsibilities :
· Drive Home Loan sourcing through self-sourced, and connector channels
· Recruit, onboard, and manage connector and channel partners
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Maintain strong relationships with builders, and connectors
· Monitor file quality, login-to-disbursement ratios, and TAT
· Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing
· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
· Track market trends and competitor activity
