We are urgently hiring for the position of Relationship Manager / Officer – Solar Loans for our Pune branch. The role is focused on business development and sales of solar loans in collaboration with solar EPC partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining strong business relationships, and executing the end-to-end sales lifecycle – from lead generation to closure. This opportunity is well-suited for candidates who have direct experience in the solar energy sector or are working with Solar EPC companies. The role demands high energy, on-ground mobility, and a customer-first attitude.

  • Pay Details : Up to ₹30,000 per month (with potential hike based on current CTC & profile stability)

    • Minimum graduate qualification

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and onboard solar EPCs in the designated region

  • Generate solar loan leads and convert them to successful disbursements

  • Conduct field visits to meet prospective customers, assess their requirements, and offer financing solutions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, clients, and stakeholders

  • Coordinate with internal back-office teams to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Track and report sales pipeline, disbursement metrics, and client interactions

  • Stay updated with solar market trends, industry updates, and policy changes

  • Represent the company at solar events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to internal process and documentation norms

  • Achieve monthly EPC onboarding and disbursement targets as assigned
