Branch Manager – Affordable Home Loans & LAP | CTC Up to ₹9 LPA + Incentives We are hiring a dynamic Branch Manager with 7–8 years of core experience in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team, drive business through DSA sourcing, and ensure end-to-end operational efficiency. Strong leadership, market understanding, and compliance focus are key to this role.

  • Pay Details : Up to 9 LPA + Performance Based Incentives
  • Must Have :
    • Minimum 7–8 years of proven experience in Affordable Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP)

    • Prior team handling and branch leadership experience

    • Strong track record of DSA sourcing and channel management

    • Deep understanding of loan processes from sourcing to disbursal

    • Excellent knowledge of credit, compliance, and risk guidelines

    • Ability to drive sales targets and ensure branch profitability

    • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skillls

Key Responsibilities :

1.Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve and exceed HL and LAP business targets.
2.Source business primarily through DSAs and build new DSA relationships to maximize sourcing channels.
3.Oversee the complete loan process, ensuring smooth operations from lead generation to disbursal with 100% compliance.
4.Maintain and deepen strong client relationships to enhance cross-sell opportunities.
5.Ensure branch profitability through rigorous business development and cost management.
6.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to formulate proactive strategies.
7.Drive compliance, risk management, and service quality at the branch.
8.Recruit, train, and motivate the branch team to deliver superior results.
