Minimum 7–8 years of proven experience in Affordable Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP)
Prior team handling and branch leadership experience
Strong track record of DSA sourcing and channel management
Deep understanding of loan processes from sourcing to disbursal

1.Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve and exceed HL and LAP business targets.
2.Source business primarily through DSAs and build new DSA relationships to maximize sourcing channels.
3.Oversee the complete loan process, ensuring smooth operations from lead generation to disbursal with 100% compliance.
4.Maintain and deepen strong client relationships to enhance cross-sell opportunities.
5.Ensure branch profitability through rigorous business development and cost management.
6.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to formulate proactive strategies.
7.Drive compliance, risk management, and service quality at the branch.
8.Recruit, train, and motivate the branch team to deliver superior results.
